I am suggesting the idea to swap a time frame in my house in Panama for a certain time frame in your house in Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs or old Colorado City. Best times to be in Panama is from December through June/ July. I would be interested to stay at your home starting approx. mid of August or September or October or November.
