News after the festival
Hello party people, I heard that you all enjoyed the camp, the jam around the fire, the music, the food and more. About 200 persons where present to meet new friends, discovered a new area, for some of you it was also your first time in Switzerland.
The organizer also enjoyed this festival, it was also a new challenge as it was bigger than last year and we learned many things to improve for the next editions. We think you all want to have other camps or festival and that's the reason we're writing you this message...
Before the event we wrote in the event description "During the festival, we’ll ask you to not take your own drinks or food, we’ll sell good drinks and food at reasonable price. That will also cover all the expenses". When you go to a festival usually you know that you pay an expensive ticket and then spend a lot of money on drinks and food, but at this event a lot of people went shopping to have cheap drinks or even arrived with bottles in their backpack. We don't wanted to be strict but that's maybe one of the reason we couldn't pay all the bills and even some of our expense, or maybe we should have asked you more money for the entrance?
We hope that after all this work organising, we don't have to pay what is missing by our own and that you're ready to help us by contributing so that we can keep the Campival alive.We did the count and it's about 15€ per participant that is missing.
