Hey locals, how's the weather in Detroit in late March early April timeframe?

Anywhere from 40s to 70s. with climate change it’s hard to tell. it usually does not get consistently warm (70-80s) until mid-late May through mid-august
I wouldn't count on it being warm. It has gotten to a nice temperature around that time occasionally but it can still snow into April.
no one knows but the weather gods themselves
Here are the historic averages: https://weather.com/weather/monthly/l/48226:4:US Select "March 2018" and "April 2018" from the drop-down.
Freezing at night, 50 during the day. Rainy, slushy, snowy. It's the tail end of winter. This is why so many Michiganders visit Florida in spring! It's a tease though. Like Evan said, we might get a couple days of 70s and be all hopeful for spring, the flowers even start coming out, only for our hopes to be dashed as the temps plummet to 20 the next night. Check the forecast right before you visit.
If the weather's miserable, we have plenty of fantastic museums. If it's lovely, rent a bike.
Could be mild and annoyingly rainy, could be mysteriously 70 for a few days and then be comd and windy. Like other posters said, it's pretty random because of climate change. But probably not freezing and probably not crazy hot.
Freezing. The answer is Freezing! ha (I live in the wrong state..)
Pretty sure it'll be a bit chilly. Always have a light, warm coat with you or in your car just in case. It does get a lot more chilly in the nighttime because of the Detroit River being RIGHT there and all. For rain, I wouldn't bet on any showers coming in around then unless its just melted snow haha. And also, Downtown Detroit usually gets a little more skippy than usual during Feb-April for some reason. Maybe because of basketball ? Might be the pubs and sports bars. I don't know exactly (lol). Hope this helps!
Completely unpredictable. It could be 65, it could snow, it could go from being 65 to snowing in the same day.
