Ferries to Ende or Kupang

Are there any ferries to Ende or Kupang? I can check Pelni's schedule online, but I don't know if there are other companies ships. I'll arrive in Labuan Badjo on the 3rd of August and want to go to Kupang either directly or via Ende/Maumere/Larantaka
