Post w Looking or offering short/long term apartments or rooms in Izmir

Looking for a flatmate (male/female) for a beautiful flat in Üçyol district. The flat is really close to the "Historical Elevator", to both Üçyol and İzmirspor metro stations and there is a bus (no 21) going to Konak every 10 minutes from the street below (~20 meter from the apartment). The room is fully furnished: there is a convertible couch that remains as bed, a wardrobe and a nightstand. The house is 3+1, kitchen and living room can be used as public spaces. The rent is very reasonable, especially as far as the flat's location is concerned. I have a cat, so you need to be a cat lover. I also smoke in the kitchen and the living room, just to let you know.
