Hunt for a summer job! Please help

Hello, me and my boyfriend are coming to Cali this summer and we are looking for some seasonal job so we can afford staying there all summer. We are super flexible when it comes to time and type of a work. Does anybody know any place where they look for stuff for summer? Or any place where we could try to send our CVs? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot ! :)

Staffing agencies. There are a lot of them and I have used them. In some cases they find you something in less than a week. It isn't necessarily ideal as it is some hard to fill positions. But in other cases it might be "good".

The "Walmart neighborhood market" store in Huntington Beach hired a bunch of Irish people who were only there for the summer months while I worked there a couple years ago.
