Hey Guys, I just came to Sevierville yesterday and wondered what are cool things to do in the area? Hikes? Spots?

Cades Cove has some nice hikes but any of them in our Smokeys region is beautiful I've been to Abram's Falls and Chimney Tops. And alot go to Clingman's dome but I haven't been to that one. Abram's is split into two parts, really. The first half leads to the falls which is beautiful and has a nice swimming spot but then the trail continues on past the falls. I've not been that far but I've been told it has a clearing perfect for stargazing. Chimneys is a nice one too, as long as you're not afraid of heights. There's a lot of stairs involved with this one on the way up but very worth it. My friends and I did this one this past summer and our timing for the sunset could not have been more perfect. Even if heights make you nauseous like they do me, this hike is so worth it even to just go half up the rock once you get there. Wear very good shoes with grip though because the rock get harder to grasp the higher you go. If you're still around in the area I hope you get to check these out!

Cling Man's dome is a beautiful area to hime in for sure. Abrams falls is a very very popular one and it's a quicky.
You can go to newfound gap road, there a hike off there called charlies bunion and the jumpoff. I did those at sunrise and it was very nice. Cades cove is lovely, and the road to Townsend from Gatlinburg has hikes and scenic stops.
They're many things to do in that area that I think you may enjoy. I live just a few hours from that area so I go there almost every weekend. Make sure you check out Codes Cove, because it's getting towards the end of the year so now is your very last chance to spot a black bear. If you visit Dollywood, you can purchase a 1 day pass. (If you go to Dollywood, make sure to try out Aunt Granny's All You Care to Eat Buffet!) But,if you want to go hiking, I suggest you o to either Cades Cove or Cling Man's Dome. Cling Mans Dome is very beautiful and you are sure to get some amazing photographs.
