I split my time between Dublin and Donegal in the North West of Ireland. If you’re interested in arriving in Dublin and splitting the petrol and other costs I can bring you to the Inishowen peninsula for a few days on one of trips up there where we normally stay at a farmhouse close to a Blue Flag beach in Culdaff which is very beautiful and the people are friendly. Cheaper than Dublin too. I’m trying to spend as much time up there as possible and good company is always appreciated. Before moving back to Ireland I was travelling for 16 months of travel including sailing from Wales to Portugal via Galicia, Chile, Liverpool, Los Ángeles, Chicago, Minnesota, Vancouver, Arizona, Mexico DF and Oaxaca. Recent years spent between Ireland, UK, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Malvinas/Falklands, Ascension Island, Catalonia, France, Iceland, the USA, Mongolia and Turkey. Glad to meet and help thoughtful and fun locals and travellers. ABOUT ME I've spent my whole life learning how other people live. Childhood was full of social awareness, nature, animals, coastline and countryside. Within Ireland I have lived and been educated in every province. Interested in languages and animals, sometimes even people too! Brought a dog back from Mexico City to live in Ireland. I studied in the UNAM in Mexico City for a couple of years and Mexico has been a major love in my life so far. After returning to Ireland in 2009 and spending the past five or six years returning to my core here I was glad to find myself looking upwards and outwards again last autumn. Spent three months in Brasilia then a month between Santiago and the start of Patagonia. Thought I'd be a couple of weeks there but ended up spending 4 months in Chilean Patagonia sailing on two different NZ yachts as crew as well as having the most improbable experiences in glaciers and Chilean Warships. Sailed to the Falklands/Malvinas then and after being rolled in an 85kts storm with 20m waves decided to leave that Captain and make my way home on an RAF flight that took me to the remote Ascension Island for a few days. PHILOSOPHY I was raised to always think for myself. Form my own opinions. Trust my judgement and learn from my mistakes by being self-aware and critical. I think sometimes you just need to make sure you are still and focused for a while before really figuring out what is the right decision should be. To thine ownself be true and all that.

I am an ethnic Romanian from Ukraine, a member of this community since 2018. I love to discover the world and learn new things However, I also hope that one day my understanding of it will help me make a change. I studied History, International Relations, and finally European studies. Although I don't have some experience in many things: investments, entrepreneurship, some politics, NGO, volunteering, and many summer student jobs. I am a free spirit, advocating for justice and equality. I have no prejudice and enjoy the company of people who have a personality and curiosity, and usually, I find them on this platform.
ABOUT ME Hey what's up! I come from a small village in the West of Ireland, a green place full of farmers, tractors, cows and sheep. At the moment I'm living in Dublin, but craving going abroad again soon to escape the rain. Since I was young, music has been a crazy obsession. I have studied classical music, I played the Cello in some orchestras, I learned traditional Irish music, jazz drumming, harmonica, and acoustic guitar, these days I'm learning how to DJ. I enjoy planning travel adventures, learning new languages, yoga, slacklining, juggling, climbing and Hip-hop dancing/ Breakin'. I love meeting new people, learning about different countries and cultures, new languages, and enjoying good food. I've lived in a few different locations; Dublin and Galway, Leeds in the UK, Pisa in Italy, Bielsko Biala in Poland, Hengyang in China, Bangkok Thailand and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. I work as an English teacher, and I'm more than happy to give some help improving English if someone needs it. I've really enjoyed helping and volunteering in different workaway jobs for different families and organizations. If I stay with you, I'm more than happy to help with housework, make a meal or clean the dishes, whatever you need! Just know that I will be very grateful for any help you can give me. (I also understand if you prefer to be left alone, I can be a quiet guest!). I look forward to meeting you and making a new friend!

Hi, I am Gustavo, a Brazilian guy living in Dublin/IE for 10 years. I am looking for to exchange hosts experience and maybe meet group in my free time. Please feel free to reach me out.
I live near Dublin in a quiet and comfortable area with good public transport connections to the city, so getting into Dublin is easy and convenient 🍀 I have a spare private guest room where you can stay and feel at home. I work at Google EMEA European headquarters in Dublin. If you are interested, I can also show you the Google office, which is one of the biggest Google offices in the world 🏢 I really enjoy hosting curious and open minded people. What I value most is learning something new from my guests, whether it is a skill, a perspective, or something from your culture. If you like cooking and want to share some cooking skills, that is always welcome, but not crucial. I am happy to show you around Dublin and nearby places, share local tips, and explore together when possible. Let me know if you are interested. I would be very happy to host you 🙂
Hey everyone, nice to meet you! Not long ago I moved to Europe and joined this community. My personality type is something between introvert and extrovert. My main way to relax is hiking in the mountains. What about you?
