Hello, I'm Hanife. For me, the world is a huge, colorful garden. Sometimes I sprout new shoots in my own soil, sometimes I migrate to other lands. I'm neither settled nor nomadic, neither here nor there; I simply share my existence with all beings. As a traveler, I love diversity and value storytelling, listening, and sharing. I don't like judgments, stereotypes, or rigid thoughts. However, as a traveler, I see travel as a form of cultural exchange. Therefore, if I want to stay in your home, I want to feel safe. The place I sleep, the facilities, or the duration or content of the time we spend together are not very important. I want my personal space to be respected. As a host, I would be happy to welcome you to my home. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. Therefore, I cannot allow it in my home. I cannot allow anyone to come to my home drunk. I have four children living with me, and your communication with them, your body language, and your motivation to play together will make me happy. If you want to cook a dish from your own culture, you are welcome to use the kitchen as you wish. (İf you have read please leave a emoji that is unique for you). I want you to feel like a member of my family, not just a guest, in my home. Along with that, I value your ability to plan your own itinerary and feel comfortable doing so within your limited travel time. My home isn't a hotel, but of course I understand the flexibility you need as a traveler. I'm already very happy to meet you; we'll meet for a reason, and that reason is precious.
We have 2 children,a boy borned in 2019 and a girl borned 2023 🙂

İm living in safranbolu since 2013 still im living here. When im free i can show you around and historical place,Did you tried before peruhi? Hengal? Due to my job, I spend part of my day working on digital electronics. I design flip-flop circuits using Bolemir algebra and Karno table system. I have had many professional experiences due to my life story. I started with the idea that for me everything is an experience, so I am open to expanding my list of experiences, I think I am a very flexible and adaptable person. My goal is to develop a different perspective on the world through my profession. For this I need different people's perspectives. Traveling may be one of the most enjoyable things for me. Like what? For example: For me, the best time to hit the road is 00:00 at night. If you ask why it is not 10 in the morning, I will ask you this: "-Why should I start the day 10 hours late?" Wouldn't it be nice to sleep on top of a mountain with birds chirping?

Hello from a small family in Karabük, Turkey — me, my wife, and our daughter who's deeply into music. And then there's Duman, our cat: technically a pet, but really the fourth member of the family. He's completely silent, yet he never leaves our side — always quietly looking for us, room to room. We don't take him on trips; he's our quiet companion waiting at home :) I'm an academic by day and a software developer by evening — two different kinds of curiosity that feed each other. In my free time I play table tennis; a good opponent is always welcome. Our daughter lives and breathes music; there's always an instrument or a song playing in our home. Most of our life happens outdoors. Motorcycling is our shared family passion — the wind, the road, and being able to share long silences together. One day we hope to switch to caravan life and chase longer routes; for now, we're rehearsing that dream. We're on Couchsurfing because we love meeting new people. Hosting travelers from different cultures, sharing meals, watching our daughter pick up new songs and new words from them — that's the best part for us. Karabük isn't a typical tourist stop, but right next door is Safranbolu, a UNESCO World Heritage town with cobblestone streets and Ottoman houses. We'd be happy to show you around and share local food. Academia, software, music, motorcycles, or a good table tennis match — whichever it is, we're up for the conversation. Looking forward to meeting you 🏍️🎶🐈
Hello everyone 😊 My name is Ahmet Seyda. I live very close to Safranbolu. I have hosted many guests so far 💪🎉 I have accumulated wonderful memories and friends. As can be seen from here, I am 33 years old and it feels better for me to chat with people close to my own age. So if you are in your early 20s, please look for another host; however, if you cannot find another place to stay in Safranbolu, you can send me a request. Take care of yourself 😊👋
Hi there! I’m Mert, a 23-year-old from Turkiye. I'm currently working in Karabuk and I love meeting new people from different cultures. I’m an easygoing, respectful, and curious person who enjoys deep conversations as much as spontaneous adventures. I like traveling, exploring local food, nature walks, and learning about how others live and think. I believe Couchsurfing is not just about a free place to stay, but about sharing stories, ideas, and laughs. If you host me, I promise to be clean, kind, and open-minded. I can also cook you a Turkish meal or teach you some basic Turkish phrases! Looking forward to meeting new friends from around the world. Let’s share good vibes and good coffee ☕🌍
