At first, it was just about hosting travelers. A guest from Iran sharing stories over dinner. A German traveler helping my kids with their English homework. An Italian friend laughing with us around a barbecue like she had always been part of the family. One by one, strangers became friends. Meals became memories. And my living room became a small United Nations of cultures. That’s when I realized: Couchsurfing was never about offering a couch. From the deserts of Tunisia to the streets of Tehran, From the chaos of Cairo to the calm of Southeast Asia… Every journey changed something in me. But at some point, hosting and traveling didn’t feel like enough anymore. And now? We’re going even further.
