Hey! I’m glad that you are here reading this text :) 🦒Current situation: In August I am going to cycle from southern Germany to Budapest to do a course in Performance Arts and Nature there for one month. After this I am going to cycle back to Würzburg where I am planning on finishing my B.Sc. in Psychology for now. Depending on wether I have time or not (let’s talk about this in advance!) I can show you around a little bit (I love going on walks) or we can cook sth together. I'm more than happy to follow your suggestions as well! I also always appreciate if you let me know some of your needs or plans in advance. 🌊 In 2023 I made one of my biggest trips so far. I went to the US for three months and did some au-pairing there combined with traveling and road-tripping around a bit. I did my 200h Yogateachertraining in Bali in May which was a dream that I fulfilled for myself. A dream I’ve had since 16 years old as I’ve started doing yoga when I was 12. Then I went to Singapore and Malaysia a bit to then continue my travels to Thailand. I went there mainly to learn about Thai Yoga Massage which I did through attending a 12-day-course in a little village north of Chiang Mai. After that I continued my travels to India and before returning back to Germany I went to Georgia for two weeks where I had the most amazing hitchhiking and workaway-experiences to finish my trip (for now). My new passion is bikepacking after my trip from Kiel (Germany) to Denmark and Sweden in September 2024. Being in nature, moving and deciding the night before where I want to go next. It’s a perfect tempo in my opinion. I planned my first bikepacking trip within 1,5 weeks (I didn’t even have a bike before that) so I’m more than grateful for any tips! ;) In general I’m super curious about different ways of traveling. In 2025 I went on a 2 week trip in Germany. The last year (2025/2026) I was living in Granada and started exploring dance (Butoh, Contact, Improvisation, Danza Teatro etc.) and Clowning. And some more rock climbing :) A very valuable time for me that I still love to think back to! And probably also want to revisit :) 🏔️ I love hiking, climbing, exploring cities, art, yoga and I’m happiest when I meet other people, see new places and get to know different cultures. My goal always is to broaden my horizon - to learn new things. Therefore I’m most happy and grateful if you want to show me around a little bit and introduce me to your culture and surroundings. But at the same time I understand if you are busy or don’t feel like being a tourist guide. I like to explore places on my own as well. 🌎 I’ve started solo-traveling when I was 17 years old by doing workaways (working in exchange for food and accommodation). Traveling for me is not checking things of a list, it’s about collecting experiences and making connections with and learning from people. I want to get to know myself better while traveling. Experiencing and discovering new parts of myself that I can only see in new environments and interacting with different people. This reflects in my way of traveling. I enjoy seeing the more touristy things but what really excites me is getting to know the culture, history and the way of living of a place away from all the sightseeing. In couchsurfing I’ve found the perfect way to do this through meeting and talking to people that live there. I’m very open about what to do, usually I don’t have plans that cannot be changed. I like exploring with the person hosting me but if you’re busy I’m totally fine doing things on my own. I have no expectations (!). My goal is trying to adapt to the host’s lifestyle as much as I can, I’m not looking for a hotel. 🌿 Another thing you might want to know about me (if that’s not obvious already) is that I’m not a city-person. I appreciate exploring cities as a condensed way of „tasting” the vibe of a country. But my true inner nature is more connected to nature and a simple lifestyle. I can easily spend a whole day in the botanical garden or sometimes also a museum or an art gallery to escape the city-life while still being in the city. 🌀 Clear and respectful communication is super important to me. You can tell me about any rules that you have in your home or if there’s sth that I did etc. that bothered you. On the other side I wanted to point out that I’m a very open personality and human-connections are essential to me. But I have my boundaries. Aka: Couchsurfing is not a dating-app [I had some persons interpreting friendliness and openness in a wrong way]! Staying at your home and personal space is sth I’m very grateful for. Please don’t create situations that make me feel uncomfortable in this way. I will treat your home as respectful as if it was my own. I’m a clean, quiet person and of course I’m going to follow your wishes regarding any rules or so. I’m german - we love our rules ;)

Welcome, My name is Reda, I'm a nord african with Amazigh and Spanish origins who lived for 21 years in Morocco and 5 years in France, I'm passionated about science, evolution and philosophy, I like to think very deeply and over analyzing the humans and animals behaviours, I studied applied mathematics and I became an Engineer, but I decided to repeat my studies from the scratch to become a psychologist. I'm currently living in Lille in the nord of France where I study Psychology. I have been swimming since I was 17 years old, but now I stopped in 2019 because of an injury in my shoulder. I like to listen to the stories of people and thier philosophical views about life. and I love to engage into deep conversations to discuss how we perceive life, even if we have different views, the more the views are challenging the more they are enjoyable. by the way I love to take challenges, I already completed a marathon when I had 20 years old in Tangier and I was the youngst participant to finish it. Altough I'm a science and cognition guy, I like to laugh and not take life seriously . I think behind every part of the conversation there is an opportunity to laugh. so why miss many of them? ABOUT ME Geographer with a passion for languages, astronomy, and the Middle East. I'm also a fairly decent whistler, only the job market for professional whistlers is rather non-existent. My other pastimes – travelling and meeting strangers – might have qualified me for working as a tourist guide somewhere in a warm place (I'm not too fond of Northern European winters...). But I ended up joining an international organisation, and have been happily travelling and meeting strangers (and occasionally whistling) ever since. PHILOSOPHY بعض الطرق الجميلة لا يمكن اكتشافها من غير ضياع Some beautiful paths cannot be discovered without getting lost.
