I work as a general practitioner in the Rhône-Alpes region. But it's reducing to describe myself just with my job ! I am also involved in various associations that work to promote sustainable food and global health (in particular l'Alliance Santé Planétaire - https://santeplanetaire.org/). I am vegetarian since 2014, and I feel good :). I've discovered so many tasty alternatives to meat and fish. One amazing thing I've done !! And I try (and love) to cook vegan as much as possible.
