I'm a truly "Yu di Kòrsou" (how locals call Curaçaoans in Papiamentu), born and raised in Curaçao in a local neighbourhood just west of Otrobanda. While growing up I was always curious about the world, wanting to know more about other countries, how they look like, how their people are, what they eat etc. I'm a very simple, social and open-minded island guy who loves the beach, snorkeling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, playing dominoes and cards, playing sports (volleyball and softball/baseball when possible and for fun ;-), listen to music, watch movies, video-games (N64, yes I have one and it still works!), reading etc. Needless to say: travelling is my passion! After finishing school in Curaçao I studied and lived for 6 years in The Netherlands. During this time had the opportunity to work, save money and travel as much as I could and now I have quite a lot of travel experience, but for me it's still not enough as there are many other parts of the world I'd like to visit. As long as my health and wallet allows me to, I'll keep on travelling the globe! PHILOSOPHY Live your life, do what you like to do without hurting yourself and others, and always be yourself! Don't complain about little things and be happy and grateful with what you have, keeping in mind that hundreds of millions don't even have running water or a roof above their heads!
