ran outside during a very heavy, windy and extreme rainfall last summer, then standing there feeling the raindrops in my face, then jumped around like a kid who has never felt and seen the rain before, then hopped into the lake with all my clothes and shoes on and made a lot of weird happy noises shouting around and splashing water through the air like i have never done before, ... just because I felt like doing it, with no reason what so ever ...... wow was that FUN :-))) i'm definitely doing that again *hahaha*

i have learned alot about slowing things down in our lives, its all about giving your years more life, instead of giving your life more years! i love slow-food, getting back to a "normal" speed in our fast-paced life :-)
