I'm Garrett, I'm an art student and traveller. Those are the two things I know best. My work can be seen at burnisland.tumblr.com Im currently working on a more professional website. I also camp a lot, always travel with a hammock tent to tie in the trees. I'm 22 but have had a lot of life experiences in those 22 years. I have been travelling since I was very young. Relocating to Amsterdam to finish my bachelor of Fine Arts degree in the fall.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing
Right now Im looking to meet people who have lived in Amsterdam for awhile and could show me the ropes. I'd rather get to know locals and learn about the city then get drunk with backpackers in a hostel.
Muzyka, filmy i książki
Music- anything without a beat, dissident noise haha but also more normal music. Movies- "Jean and Nikki de Saint phalle, the Bonnie and clyde of art" (I've been wanting to write a childrens book on this Dada couple) Books- Currently reading (very slowly) New Spirit of Capitalism By Luc Boltanski.

My parents were on call growing up and would leave in a rush, so I learnt how to cook dinner very young. I am an innovative and skilled cook. I have a pretty good understanding of art and political history.
