CURRENT MISSION To make sense of this world. ABOUT ME I do believe in magic. May sound silly to you, but I do believe that living on this extra-ordinarily beautiful planet full of good people is a magical experience. I am glad to have been given such a chance. I would like to visit every corner of Earth and shake every and each one of the 6 (almost 7 now) billion hands. As a kid I had a dream to visit each country and territory for at least 24 hours, but now I think it's a futile task. I have grown to be a quality-over-quantity person, so I'd rather visit fewer countries, but really experience them. Nonetheless, I am a travelling soul, I like (or even need) having the world around me move, change, spin. I am very open for meeting new people and seeing the world from their perspective. I dislike to argue who is "right". Rather, I think it's exciting to discover how much depends on one's mindset and their point of view. Oh, imperfect and subjective perceptions! I am a psychology and communications graduate and, like most of us, in my own way I try to make sense of this world; find the people and the places to fall in love with. - I biked from Gliwice to Vienna (360km) in three days in pouring rain and terrible wind. - I travelled across Canada, from the Pacific to the Atlantic in just over a month, without a rented car. - I ran the 2010 BMO Vancouver marathon in 3hrs 50mins. I bursted out in tears upon the finish line. - I met Santa Claus in Rovaniemi, Finland (no, he's not from the North Pole!). - I attended Red Cross Nordic United World College in Flekke, Norway, where I lived and studied for two years with people from 100 different countries.
