CURRENT MISSION Seeking out velocity ABOUT ME I grew up in western colorado. fell in love with mountain biking. majored in chemistry rather than creative writing (still not sure about that decision). Lived in VT for two years after college. Decided that the color green was only my favorite when surrounded by red sandstone and open blue sky. Traveled back west on the premise of attending graduate school and training for the long track speed skating national team. I just finished my thesis which involves creating efficacious gels for the vaginal delivery of anti-HIV agents to protect women from contracting HIV. I just moved to S. Korea to do a postdoc. My spare time involves mountain biking, hiking, traveling around S Korea and cooking. PHILOSOPHY Strive for excellence.
