CURRENT MISSION Mars is next. . . .jk -- Atlantic City NJ beach ABOUT ME My Name is Matt - I had a pretty normal life i guess until i quit college at Ohio U. to play in a rock band and move out to Los Angeles. Go sick of that and decided to get my life together... but things just cant tie me down it seems. I have been traveling around as an Outdoor Instructor camp to camp and company to company doing everything from OUTDOOR ED to private kayak, climbing and backpack guiding. I am down to earth, good in conversation and very laid back and open to different things. PHILOSOPHY ... don't let yourself down, and you wont let others down as well. Fate is a Lonely Hunter

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING How i participate?? 120% ... that's how COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE None with this site... but when playing in a touring band it was more like van and floor surfing. Couches are a step up i would say. Lots of places of other bands, and a few nice mothers of guys in bands... The Kissers put us up in Chicago for two days; best time ever, two nights and shared a show together.

Saved a kid from drowning on the Youghiogheny River while i was the Lead Guide for the trip... i didnt stop shaking for a day afterwards, it was very real and scared the hell out of me.... my father taught me lessons of being able to make decisions quickly. I doubted myself all my life until that day.
