Among other things: - Seeing elephants playing with water on a beach in Gabon - Getting drunk in a floating little bar in the Amazon River - Experiencing Nowruz in Yazd in the house of a local family and visiting the Temple of Fire - Being chased by police in Madrid with a bunch of Chinese illegal immigrants - Doing an amazing campervan trip with my sister along a big part of the Australian coastline - Partying + karaokeing in Vietnam with members of the Vietnamese Communist Party during a party congress - Visiting the Route des Esclaves in Benin and the Maison des Esclaves in Senegal (big emotional experience) - Tour of the Pyongyang breweries - Drinking and partying in the tunnels of the Paris catacombs (the forbidden ones) - Spent with my wife part of our honeymoon in a tiny fisherman village in Madagascar - Going around the Caspian Sea with our car (8000 km trip, 7 countries) - Camping on the side of the Gates of Hell in Turkmenistan - Extensive bar hopping (where possible, of course), in almost every city and town visited!
