HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING We participate in CS both ways. When we are home in Minsk we are happy to offer our couch. When we travel we are happy to surf couches for the social advantage of this way. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Our CS career started with creating a profile. Soon it became obvious that CS site is a very busy place. We got first CS requests. And, throughout August 2009 several people came to surf our couch. That was a fantastic experience! I was reluctant to say "good-bye" to all of my guests as new friendships and new exchanges were born and, they leaved - geographically driven by the course of their lives and adventures - but left behind with us new ideas, new vision, new approaches. I could develop a new habit of looking at the world through somebody's else eyes. The novelty of offering a couch impressed us much and we liked it. The next step was creating our own CS travelers story! The world is so big and so appealing, but our vision is we should first visit neighbor countries. In September and October Olga visited Poland and Lithuania. Nice places seen and nice people met.
