CURRENT MISSION to promote world community and make the world a better place, one couch at a time ABOUT ME Hmmm. ALL about me? I don't know it all yet, but I'm learning. So far...I've raised an awesome daughter, and I'm viciously proud of her. I've traveled a bit in the third world and would like to see Europe. I'm planning on China at Christmas this year. I am very interested in people and what makes them tick. I see each person as a gift, we each hold a different piece of the elephant and I enjoy learning about your part and telling you about mine. I enjoy walking, hiking, camping, listening to any and all music well played. I like beer and good whiskey and local Oregon wine. I am a Christian by choice, not obligation, and I love hearing what you think about that choice and what yours is. I want to learn to speak Italian because it sounds so beautiful and improve my Spanish because it's so useful and maybe one day Chinese but that one feels beyond me. I love architecture and art and nature. My favorite thing to do is sit down with friends after a day of play and talk deeply about life. I love to get really exhausted doing something that I love with people I care about. I like wandering, I love the feeling of not knowing what's around the next bend. Life is beautiful. PHILOSOPHY Life is an adventure. Feel the fear and do it anyway. Do no harm. Respect everyone. Everyone needs lots of grace. Don't assume.
