COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I previously couchsurfed a couple times while traveling in Europe, and hosted some excellent people in the states.

I like almost anything as long as it's well done, and I really enjoy foreign films. Some favorites are Amelie, the Lord of the Rings, The Philadelphia Story, Bottle Shock, and The Man from Snowy River. I also love TED talks. I really like blues and folk music, The Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, Bob Dylan, Muddy Waters and the like, but I also enjoy some more current stuff. Some of my favorite books include the Lord of the Rings, Silent Spring, Prodigal Summer, Into the Wild, Dharma Bums, and Gulliver's Travels.
