I’m Sam, a marine engineer who prefers real conversations over small talk. I travel to experience people, not just places. I enjoy deep conversations, good energy, and moments that feel simple but stay in memory. I naturally like discovering cities the way locals live them, simple, real, and unfiltered. I’ve traveled across Europe, Asia, and the US, and I value people who are open-minded, relaxed, and genuine. Easygoing by nature, but I appreciate respect and good energy. If we get along, it usually turns into a great experience, whether it’s a walk, coffee, or just a good conversation. I’m independent, and I value meaningful moments with the right people. I respect personal space and boundaries, and I naturally adapt to different lifestyles. I appreciate simplicity, honesty, and people who are comfortable being themselves. I tend to get along easily with people from different cultures, maybe because I listen more than I talk at first. I’m calm by nature, but I enjoy a bit of spontaneity, good moments don’t always need a plan.

For me, Couchsurfing is about people, not just destinations. I enjoy simple things, coffee, a walk, and conversations that unexpectedly turn into something memorable. Die Welt ist ein Buch. Movies: Interstellar, The Martian, and anything that makes you think or feel something real. Series: Prison Break is still my favorite. I enjoy stories with strategy, depth, and strong characters.
