I am curious about the world and all of its cultures. However, I also feel connected to nature and like to be out in the wild. Some of my best experiences traveling have combined the two, such as visiting the volcanic islands of Vestmannaeyjar in Iceland and watching the northern lights in Tromsø, Norway.

I play a number of various instruments, foremost piano, but I also sing and play guitar. I have taken a recent interest in languages and regret not taking it up earlier! I have in the past traded lessons in music for lessons in languages and would be interested in continuing to do so in the future.

I am a fun-loving guy with an open mind and few expectations. I don't drink much nor smoke, am vegetarian and am pretty easy going, like cooking and am comfortable sleeping on floors. I am a keen musician and at least try to play anything which a string or skin on it, but teach/perform piano, guitar and singing and am a songwriter. I am also passionate about different languages and cultures. I like to share these interests and many others with those I meet and of course like to share whatever it is my those I meet travelling/hosts/guests are interested in too.
