I recently graduated with a PhD from KAUST in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the mathematical foundations of AI. I will soon start my postdoctoral position in Lausanne, Switzerland. Outside of research, I enjoy good conversations, trying local food, and wandering through cities without a fixed plan. I’m a curious and open-minded person, and I like hearing about how people live in different parts of the world. I was born in Armenia—a small country, but you’ll find Armenians almost everywhere. I am always surprised by how many of us I encounter when I travel.
