I am a hydrogeologist with more than 6 years of post-graduate experience in hydrogeological and hydrological investigations. My technical know-how includes: water quality and flow monitoring, hydraulic testing in different kind of environments, as well as installation of monitoring boreholes; dye tracer testing, I am also involved into technical surveys and decontamination investigations. Throughout my career I have gained experience in various field investigations, project data management, analysis and interpretation. Recently, I was involved in a water quality and flow monitoring for a mine in the DRC. I was involved in diamond and RC drilling campaigns. I was involved in hydrogeological mapping in the Andes in a very karstic region. And I implemented, structured and managed a hydrological and hydrogeological database for a large ongoing project. My experience has therefore made me very familiar with analysing and interpreting field data. I studied geology at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) with a second major in physics. I did my Bachelor thesis on groundwater resources exploration for a retirement home using a geophysical approach. I became interested in the relationship between water and geology and therefore studied hydrogeology at the University in Neuchatel. During my Master thesis, I investigated and identified the chemical and hydro dynamical properties of groundwater resources of a borough near Fribourg. I am continuously improving my knowledge and skills through further education. I have obtained my specialized certificate in environmental management in mining and have finished a course on project management, as well as courses related with the practical sampling, investigation/assessment and remediation of contaminated land and a presentation at the Biennial Groundwater Conference 2015. I am a French speaker and have an advanced level of understanding in English and Spanish, as well as in German.
