Its a kind of a "two ways" road. 1. I would be happy to meet interesting people who came to Kazakhstan and show that our country is much more and totally different then one from "Borat" movie. We have beautiful mountains, lakes, canyon, parks, very interesting food and people with great souls. 2. To meet some great locals during my trips and to see through the eyes of locals their own towns and favourite places.

For me life - its not about how many inhales and exhales you did, its about how much amazing moments you have. So i try to pick every amazing moment - vipasana and silence practice, walking on broken glass, bow archery, snow yoga, stray in a Cubas mountains, diving, etc.
