I am a fourth-year college student at University of Cincinnati. I am double majoring in physics and mathematics, and will soon be joining graduate school to get a Ph.D. in theoretical physics. Previous to joining UC, I grew up and was educated up to high school in India.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing
I recently came across amazing discussion threads about Couchsurfing on the online forum Quora. Some of my friends have already couchsurfed, and they also had some great stories to share. I simply loved the idea of getting to know new people and have a chance to discuss life with them along the way. I value cultural exchanges and meaningful relationships, and Couchsurfing is just what the doctor ordered!
Muzyka, filmy i książki
I am mainly fond of Indian classical music, as I was trained on the violin for several years before moving to the US. As for the other genres (especially Western music), I am exploring. I love to read, and will update my favorite booklist later. But here's a fascinating book (non-fiction) that I read recently: Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman.
Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem/am
I am particularly proud of the volunteering work I have done at Cincinnati public schools during the last three years! I am also having a ball with the research work I have been doing at the interface of quantum field theory and pure mathematics!!
Ucz, Ucz się, Dziel się
One reason I got interested in fundamental physics was that it helps me think meaningfully about the deep philosophical questions that we all wonder about at various junctures. I love to talk about these, and find such discussions to be especially exciting when other people at the table have seen life in a different way - culturally or otherwise. And, of course, I love to talk about music and books and pretty much anything else, especially since I end up learning much more than I can give back!
Co mogę zaoferować Hostom
After living in America for more than three years, I have grown fond of cooking! I can cook Indian food, and also some good pasta dishes. Also I can share some good Indian classical music!
