Okay, I really don’t do too well with these boxes but I’m gonna try anyway! So, I’m Emilia; a British-Cypriot living wherever possible at the moment. I grew up in England, then moved to Cyprus when I was 8 with my family so I consider Limassol to be my hometown. Since then I moved to Leicester to study, then lived in Italy for a while teaching English (which I recommend but I also recommend strepsils and paracetamol, because you’re gonna lose your voice working with kids). Jokes aside, it’s a really humbling, creative and rewarding line of work. I adore it. I travel when and where I can, and try to plan my working life around it. The aim is to be abit of a nomad and then once I turn 25, I’ll probably figure out what it is I really want to do... odds are it’ll be the same thing; working and travelling! I am a huge animal lover. In my life, I’ve had atleast 18 pets; most of whom, if not all, were rescued. Although now, I only have one dog that we’ve had for 14 years so hes part of the family.
