I've experienced G-d "move a mountain" in my life. I almost gave up trying because I knew it was humanly impossible, but G-d made an impossibility into a possibility in my life! I've held the plank for 9 minutes and 48 seconds after I was challenged to beat my fitness instructor's record of holding the plank for 7 minutes.
