I love meeting new people when travelling and always find I have the best experiences when they're shared with a local.

Music: I used to be very picky but now I have a much broader taste, anything I can dance to really, especially reggae and dancehall. John Butler Trio and The Cat Empire are favourites, I also love The Smiths, The Cure, Muse, Frightened Rabbit and many more. Films: Das Leben der Anderen (with subtitles) is one of the few films I've watched multiple times, I also like Disney films, documentaries and psychological thrillers. Books: I never know where to begin with books as I love so many, some that I've enjoyed recently have been Anna Karenina, All the Light We Cannot Sea, One Night in Winter, Birdsong and rereading Roald Dahl stories.
