I think Couchsurfing is a nice opportunity to do something nice for people that you actually don't have to care about - but still you do. And in return, there are a lot of people out there, also being nice to you without asking for anything. Doesn't that make the world a better place?

I am probably the worst tourist guide, but I am very good at hanging out at the lake or giving a tour of the brewery I work in.
