Hi all! I’m Henry—a curious 24-year-old doing his best to make the most of his twenties. I’m an avid pianist, disc golfer, and a big fan of reading, taking saunas, and good conversation. When I was younger, I Couchsurfed with my dad while touring the U.S. as a professional disc golfer. Since “retiring” from the frisbee life at age 16, I hadn’t surfed nearly as much, until my recent trip to Poland. I spent three months in Warsaw conducting independent anthropological research on the International Chopin Piano Competition. The trip was absolutely wonderful; it opened my heart to travel in a whole new way, and reminded me how much I value meeting locals, sharing experiences, and exploring the world through connection and curiosity. This experience has inspired me to continue seeking out adventures and meeting new people through Couchsurfing whenever possible.
