I'm new to formal couchsurfing, although I've stayed with people I've met in my (so far) limited travels before. I generally travel solo or with my dog. We love meeting new people along the way. I don't know where I want to live yet, so I like being able to see new cities the way locals see them. I've also hosted several people informally and hung out with couchsurfers staying with friends of mine. As soon as I get where I'm going, I'm happy to host!

I'm moving across the country and want to see some of it and meet people in different places.

I haven't seen too much of the world yet, but so far I've had some pretty amazing times in the wilderness. My favorite is probably my backpacking trip in West Virginia. I saw a lot, learned a lot, and had a lot of fun.
