I am interested in getting to know people from all over the world. I love exploring different cultures, meeting new people and being active. I am getting ready to travel more and shift my lifestyle. I love learning new things and opening myself up to new ideas.

I love comedies and movies that make you think. Movies that have a healthy bit of exploring in them that might leave you with a message or something to ponder. Some of my favorites books are Eastern Body Western Mind by Anodea Judith, I like Eat Pray love, Left neglected by Jodi Picoult, The alchemist Movies: Love Actually, The Holiday, Date Night, Failure To Launch and so many others I cannot remember names of

I took my then 8 year old daughter on a 3 week trip to Italy. It was a beautiful trip with lots of lessons and fun to be had. I took myself on a trip to Eastern Europe 5 years ago. I am creating my own energy awareness coaching program. I absolutely love inspiring others. I am supercharged by seeing and working with people that are diving into their life's purpose.

I love teaching others yoga, yoga therapy and I love to cook healthy foods. I am gluten intolerent and that has been an adventure in itself I am a reiki practitioner that loves to share my energy therapy with others to heal.
