In this apartment, we speak Spanish but we also speak English and German if you would prefer to communicate in one of these languages. We are Jordan and Francisco, a Chilean and a Michigander living in Grand Rapids, Mi with our baby girl. We previously were living in Santiago, Chile but moved here about a year ago before Mailen was born. We live in a 2-bedroom apartment about 10 minutes away from the airport. We want to meet new people from around the world and learn about other cultures, like mentioned in About Me, we both have had awesome experiences with Couchsurfing hosts and want to share a little bit of our culture and crazy travel stories with Surfers of our city, Grand Rapids

We love to listen to loud music :D we recommend el canto del loco and Dani Martin (the lead singer of the band) as well as la Oreja de Van Gogh and Melendi. These are some of our favourite spanish music bands if you are interested in listening to Spanish music.

We have both lived in multiple countries, Jordan has lived in Canada, the United States, Germany and Chile and Francisco has lived in Chile, Slovakia and now the US

During the week we are a little busy because of work but Thursday- Friday Francisco only works until 1 and we would be happy to recommend some places to go in Grand Rapids. If we are not too busy, we would also love to show you around. Grand Rapids has many great breweries and cultural venues. You are also welcome to the heated pool and hot tub if it's open at the time you visit.
