I am general surgeon now retired of Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. I was state employed as Chief of Conciliation office at Comisión Estatal de Conciliación y Arbitraje Médico de Nayarit, and i was state subcomissioned of this office where we fixed discrepances among doctors and patients. Beside this, i work my prived office and practice general surgery in several hospitals.
