CURRENT MISSION To simply enjoy my time ABOUT ME I am a fun, out going girl who loves meeting new people, trying new things and having a good laugh. I recently finished my Bachelors Degree in History and have been accepted at UBC in Vancouver Canada to start my Masters in Museum Education Sept 2014- The best part (and maybe the crazy part) I am doing the entire course from the UK! I'm currently living in Cornwall, and working for the National Trust to fuel travel money. PHILOSOPHY There's not really a sole philosophy I live by, but I guess one thing I try to remember is: life's too short to be mad/hold a grudge

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I decided to sign up for couch surfing because of a friend I met online (who lived in England). He came to visit June 2013 and stayed on my couch while I showed him around the city. I loved having the company, playing tour guide, and learning about his culture; it made me realize I would love to open my home to other cool people from around the world. It also encouraged my interest in travelling to England, where I lived for two years before , sadly, moving home to Canada

Music: My favourite band is Blue Rodeo. I listen to a lot of country as well. I have started getting bck into alternative rock Movies: My all time favourite movie happens to be animated - The Emperor's New Groove. I am a fan of action movies and comedies. Not big on the romance Books: Ken Follett is my favourite author. I like books that are historical metafiction

Provide a forever home to my lovely rescue cat. I'm even crazy enough to fly him across the world.

I want to learn about other cultures and countries. I would love to have people come into my home so that I can learn the wonderful things their country has to offer and hopefully make me want to visit it. In return I can offer a lot of our local history. I work at a museum running local tours, so I know a fair bit about how Victoria was founded.
Moje zainteresowania
My interests include Bikrams hot yoga, (although I must admit my frequency has dropped since moving). I also have a motorcycle; she is my baby, but unfortunately she is back in Canada. I love history, especially Canadian history... it's not as boring as it seems! I love and have tattoos. I love to snowboard and do anything active. Really, I am up for anything for the experience.. long as it's safe within reason.
