I am from Carrollton, Georgia where I lived until I went to college in Birmingham, Alabama to study journalism at Samford University. I then went to Baylor University in Texas to get my Masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs. I worked in university housing for two years after graduating. I spent two years working for an adventure travel company taking teenagers all over the world then doing wilderness therapy in Oregon. Now I live in beautiful Malibu, California, where I’ve been since early 2020.
