I am currently living in the Netherlands as an au pair and want to use my time off travelling and meeting people and seeing the sights and doing cool things. I’m an extroverted introvert which makes travelling an interesting experience, to say the least. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories and experiences and I love relating mine as well. So the more you share, the more I share! I especially enjoy chatting over a cup of tea or coffee, or even a beer or wine. I love to learn about the history of towns or cities or even entire countries. And I also love all animals 💖

I want to travel and explore the world and half the excitement in doing that is the people you meet along the way! I feel as though Couchsurfing is a brilliant way to discover amazing people.

My music taste is so eclectic that even I don’t know exactly what I like. I’ll tell you when I hear it 🙂 Interstellar is an amazing movie, big fan of Pulp Fiction and Leon The Professional and more random movies like that. I typically like to read philosophy or psychology for the “makes you think” aspect of it.

I worked as a zipline tour guide in the Redwoods of California, so I met people from all over the world! It was a fascinating experience to hear about their lives all while careening through the iconic forest at speeds of up to 65 kph in the air. 😄

I can teach you a couple words in Spanish or Dutch 🤷🏼♀️ or maybe sing you a song or give you random facts about Redwoods. I could try to cook you a meal but you probably wouldn’t want to eat it.
