I have been learning Japanese and trying to master Kanji. I have about 200 down and a lot more to go!

I teach English, so I'm more than happy to support my hosts in this! I also study languages myself, so I know how it feels to be a student and a teacher!

I am a very friendly person and love to share experiences with others. I am a bit of an adventurer and like to explore new places, so we may find something new and fun together!

I find myself having the most fun either when I'm learning something new or exploring a new area. I lived in New York for 3 years and had the best time finding new neighborhoods to explore. I like to do casual photography while exploring new areas and can almost always find something beautiful to take a picture of! I'm also interested in reading and learning about psychology and sociology as well as international studies and exchange. I'm an English language teacher, so I also enjoy teaching and guiding students through learning a new language.
