Traveled around France and Germany with my best friend for two months. Studied abroad in Cuba as a US student before the embargo was lifted. Worked as a(n English) writing teacher for a summer camp, and I’ve tutored numerous others in Spanish and French. Volunteered in Thailand with an animal rescue organization called Soi Dog. Worked in Paris as an au pair for three young children.

I love playing ping pong, volleyball, soccer, hackey sack, dancing and singing, being a giant child, getting lost in deep conversations, and uplifting people’s spirits.

I have a great passion for languages, cultures, and learning about people as individuals. I love being outdoors: hiking, camping, walking everywhere, being random and fun, playing sports (ping pong, fútbol, hackey, volleyball, etc.)... good food and drink are always appropriate, so long as they are coupled with either a good movie or great conversation. I could dance and sing every moment of the day, even though I'm not very good at either. I yearn to learn more about what the world has to offer. My heart is pulling me to travel and explore, so I look forward to seeing every new place and meeting all kinds of people!
