I used to be more of a CS meetings person than an actual surfer/host, but it's starting to change. Went to my first CS meetup in Vienna about 3 years ago just because my Austrian friend happened to be too busy to spend time with me. Loved the event and started going to the same thing in Moscow regularly. Less than a year ago I moved to the UK, and the local CS meetup was the first event I went to. Later, was hosted several times as well as had been a host myself until the last free room in our shared student house was taken. Sadly, can't host anyone at the moment because of that. Hope to get back to hosting this autumn though
