I live for my time outside.....walking in the woods,skiing,biking,backpacking. I love to dance,sing,laugh,read,write and share my time with good friends. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have just discovered this project, but I hope to find a couch in Fairbanks some time this summer. I have a big comfy couch I look forward to sharing.

Band, Rusted Root, Buddy Tabor, Gypsy Kings, Parliament and pretty much anything I can groove to. My favorite author is Steinbeck, his themes are timeless and I have recently discovered Jane Austen. I also enjoy Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, Ed Abbey, Vonnegut, Jerzy Kozinski, Shadows on the Koyukuk, Two in the Far North, The Color Purple, Mothering Magazine, Utne Reader and ADBUSTERS.
