We can teach some vegan practices, interchange languages, share travel stories and also we want to learn from guests.

We can offer one private room with bath inside. You can go out, we're not gonna stick to you. We don't have spare keys and we don't accept guests that go out in the night. We're early sleepers. We hope our guests let their room and kitchen as clean as they found or better. They can use the kitchen, but have to buy their own food.
