Hello everyone, I'm Maurits, I'm studying law at the University of Amsterdam and I live in Amsterdam. I have been travelling intensively with my parents since I was a kid. My first trips (and memories) were to France and Belgium, but later on I also joined them to Scandinavia. Besides this I have visited India, stayed for several times in London with friends and I try to go to Paris at least once a year.

I like travelling and meeting new people. Both these elements are included in Couchsurfing, which makes it so inspiring for me.

When I was 14 years old I was part of a group visiting India (a.o. Delhi and Benares). I was very impressed by this wonderful country as well by its amazing people.
