I completed a 10 day silent meditation (Vipassana) retreat in Northfork, Ca. without ever having meditated before.

I'm passionate about weightlifting & sculpting the body to ones preference. I love the gym & have fun playing there a few times a week. I also enjoy meditation & teaching it to others. It's a tool that helps one to better understand themselves & to be in better control of one's self.
