After learning about the existence of this app, I loved the idea of being able to dig deep into the culture by meeting and staying with locals who can share all the inside information about any given city/town. To also learn about the local culture would truly bring out the experience of traveling to any foreign country or location all together!

I always up for learning! As far as sharing goes, I experienced my first solo travel for a month where I also stayed in hostels for the first time. Such a memorable experience that can definitely be shared in person! But I met countless of amazing people on the way that truly made the trip. A teaching lesson from extended trips such as the most recent travels I completed would be not to book flights or accommodations too far in advance! You may want to stay in a given city or country longer than you initially planned!
