I was born in the UK but moved to Tenerife, Canary Islands when I was 11 years old and spent half my life there. I moved back to England and am currently studying languages at the University of Leicester. Since September 2016 I have been working abroad on a placement as a language assistant in the south of France as part of my course and travelling as much as possible in Europe! Now I have started I can't seem to stop and so this summer I will be heading over to Spain and then Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos ! I am a beach lover - definitely happiest by the sea! I love swimming, cliff jumping, snorkelling, scuba diving.. I am also a huge foodie (love tasting new, interesting, and local cuisines) and I do enjoy a beer or a nice glass of wine. I love testing my limits and challenging myself. I didn't think I was much of a hiker but then whilst living in France I had some of THE best days hiking - and now i'm a big fan! I am also really interested in the history and the different cultures of the world. The more I travel, explore and learn the more I want to know and the more places I want to go. Seriously got the travel bug now! Unfortunately I cannot host anyone for the moment as I am still travelling...
