I am on Couchsurfing because I Think it's a great opportunity to meet people with different backgrounds from mine. Getting to know other cultures is a way to have a broader view of life.

My favorite bands are local: Choquibtown, Systema Solar, SideStepper, Herencia de Timbiqui, El Freaky, Profetas, Bomba Estéreo... so the music they play is basically caribbean like cumbia, bullerengue, champeta with influence of break beats, dancehall, hip-hop, etc. About books, I don't have a specific genre but I loved: The Little Prince, I am Malala, Blindness, Oblivion: A Memoir (In Spanish: El olvido que seremos), The name of the Rose, El Anatomista, The House of the Spirits, Delirium, Interpreter of Maladies. And movies: The Artist, Slumdog Millionaire, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, The Whistleblower, Liberal Arts, Embrace of the Serpent, Sweet Bean, Black, Amour, The Motorcycle Diaries, Love, Eat and Pray, Interstellar, The Danish Girl, La teta asustada, ...
